Return Policy

PRINCETON implemented return policy to ensure that our customer received their ordered item in a good and satisfying condition as well as for our service quality enhancement. Return Policy is only valid when the condition fulfilled the criteria as stated below.



Customers who wished to return or exchange any damaged item are responsible to ensure that it complies with our policy below. Any delivery return request that falls outside of our stated policy will not be entertained.

  • Customers are required to send in a written notice via email to us within 2 days of receiving the item for a valid exchange or return.
  • Any returning request after 2 days of receiving would not be entertained.
  • Item returned must reach our premises within a week from date of informing us when the item is already sent out.
  • Items must be returned unused, in their original condition including taps, tag attached or packages. All items will be inspected when we received.
  • Customers are required to e-mail us accordingly to the Return Details as stated below :


Return Details

Name: (the name of the customer)

Address: (the receiving address when we sent back the exchanged item)

E-mail: (the e-mail address of the customer)

Invoice Number: (the invoice number of your purchased item; eg. INV:1001)

Reason Of Return: (eg. Stain/ zipper head missing, etc)

Tracking Number: (your courier company tracking number)

Replacement Item: (stated clearly the item with item code that you wished to replace eg. PMB-SW7301)


*Kindly attached/upload the supporting document such as: photo of the defect part of the product, your purchased receipt, etc. for better inspection and assurance from our company.



  • The return shipping will be borne by the customer whereas the replacement shipping fee will be borne by us provided the return and replacement is due to Damage or Stained item.
  • Any exchange of item is subject to the same design and color only. If the returning item is an off-season item or out of stock from our company, we would advise the customer to choose for another item which is equivalent value to the returning item without any additional charges; however if the customer decided to exchange for another which has a lower value than the returning item, we would not refund any additional money towards the customer.
  • If the customer wished to exchange and upgrade to a higher value item, they could e-mail us and seek for our advise and confirmation regarding how much to top up and others relevant details through e-mail communication. The exact amount of top up could not be stated clearly as the amount may vary among our product.
  • If customer received a damaged item and request for a different design or color as replacement, the return and replacement shipping fee will be fully borne by customer
  • We reserves full right to reject any returned goods which is not meeting the stipulated Return Policy



  • Items that are terribly damage or stained.
  • If the quality, design, and size of item are far from your customer’s expectation, exchange of item is allowed with other design subject to the return and replacement shipping fee will be fully borne by customer.



  • Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color may differs slightly from the pictures shown at online website.
  • Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button or pocket).
  • Return or exchange is not allowed if size measurement differs about 1-3cm.
  • Sales clearance item is not returnable unless it is a manufactured defect item.
  • Please take note that all measurement , color shown are for reference purposes only, some time it might be slightly different in 1-3cm, and the color shown on different type of monitors may have slightly different. If you are very particular on this, you reserved the right of not to order from us to avoid further dispute and argument.
